REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Obtain DIN and DSC of the Designated Partners.
- Reservation for name in Form 1.
- Preparation of documents in Form 2 within three months of approval of reserved name.
- Receive Certificate of incorporation in electronic form.
- Execution of LLP Agreement in Form 3 within 30 days after receiving certificate of incorporation.

- Copy of Rent agreement (If rented property)
- Electricity/ Telephone bill (Business Place)
